We are having mixed up weather here today. Sometimes it is rainiy and then sunny. Cant make up its mind.

I am being lazy today. Playing on the computer, catching up on the weeks computers. This is making protein ice cream day. I found some new flavored syrups at WalMart yesterday. I am ecited to try some new things.
I am not looking forward to work tomorrow. The herniated disks in my neck have decided to flair up again and sitting at the computer all day really aggravate them. I went home in agony Friday afternoon. Dont know why it has decided to come back but it has. I hate to go see the neurologist again. That means more physical therapy and time off work nor do I want surgery. Ugh! Hopefully it will pass. I was off work 3 months with this last time.
