Wednesday Roll Call

Good morning all. We have a Yeah God as Paula has been approved so everyone start warming her spot on the looser's bench.  See her seperate post right below this one. And has anyone heard from Beyond the Beauty? There has been an inquiry on her also as to whether she had her surgery.

Well, I am up but not at 'em yet. Well, the weather dept. seems to be a little better today with some much needed sunshine for everyone's spirits. I went to Wally World yesterday. The two closest stores to us leave a lot to be desired in the clothing dept. Did not find much. The one in the Dells is a Super WW and has a much better selection.

Not much going on in my world today. I need to get organized for our trip to Louisville in early May. My brain is in the organizing mode but not the ole bod. I have the suitcases out and on the guest bed so I can start packing. I have my fancy dancy dresses out to be packed and that is about it. We are celebrating our 35th while away. Any of the anniversaries that end in a 0 or 5 we go out and paint the town.

hello everyone,  HAPPY EARTH DAY

All I can say is "is it Friday yet!!!"  I'm so tired, the muscle relaxers and vicodin make me very sluggish.  I sleep well but then I don't want to wake up, even after 7-8 hours of sleep.  I can't wait till Saturday because I will sleep and sleep. 

Well its really quiet here at work because I'm the only crazy mental person that comes in this early.  Most people prefer to come in late and stay late, but I would rather come in early and leave early.  I still work till 5pm though.

On Facebook I found an old friend from when we were little kids.  She was my neighbor when I was 6.  I love Facebook!!!

I can't wait till Friday.  It will be 80 degrees outside!!!

Christine and Dave  Happy 35th  I have been racking my brain for the name of the really nice restaurant that I ate in when I was in Louisville.  I think it was called the Top of the Mark.  Very nice and a great place to celebrate an anniversary.

Janet, hope the new job is going well. 

Crystal I am not sure how you are doing muscle relaxeers and working.  Usually I am under the table on muscle relaxers.  I cannot stay awake.  They do work but I have to sleep while on them. 

The sun is out, it promises to be warmer today so life is good.  It is hump day, so, we are that much closer to the weekend.  No special plans for the day.

Congratulations on your upcoming 35th!  That is a real accomplishment in this day and age.  You guys are SO good together.

Liv auditioned last night and we are to hear by Thursday.  Even if she is not cast, we will help behind the scenes with this play.

Todd took David to be fitted for a tux last night.  My baby boy is growing up!

Nothing is on the agenda for me today, so I am looking forward to going home and chillin' out for the evening.

 Good morning everybody!

Life has been sooo busy!  I had a final in palpation on Monday night and did not feel ready going in.  But it went well and I'm sure I did okay.  Yesterday was my first corporate massage event and it was a huge success.  Today I go back and finish the event.  The client was very happy and I'm hoping they become an ongoing repeat customer.  We are scheduled for next month already.  Tomorrow I will participate in yet another event as well.  My health company is taking form and I have several good people working with me to design a strong and successful future.  Tomorrow the house is getting sided and on the weekend we are having a new swingset/playground built for the kids.  In 2 weeks, student clinic officially begins so I will be up to my ears in massage work!  I am starting to take on private clients, so if anybody's looking for great theraputic massage, go to my website, www.newerathaerapy.com, and then contact me.  I can work out specials for all of my friends!  Or just PM me.  My weight has been stable, which is another way of saying "stuck".  I'm eating well and excersizing, but it just doesn't want to come down very quickly.  I'm starting to think that this just may end up being my size no matter what I do.  That's not a tragity in that I'm healthier then ever and I look pretty good, but I sort of had this dream of being either a small or a medium.  I'm still a large (down from an XXLarge), but that may just be the breaks.

Good morning Illinois!

I got a nice birthday surprise this morning...my son called and said he'll be over to paint my living room and dining room for me. I thought it wouldn't get done til sometime in May...woohoo....
Today is my one year nutrition class and doctor visit.
Cheesecake for dessert tonight...I'm looking forward to that!!!!!

Congratulations Christine and Dave on 35 years. Thanks also for asking about Beyond the Beauty, I've been worried about her.  Wrote her a note but still haven't heard from her.  I told her even if she didn't do it to let us know because we care about her.

Not much going on, got really hungry a while ago so had a 3/4 C of chili as lunch and a few almonds. Feeling much better now and ready to do some work.  Working thru lunch is a really bad habit but my new project requires it. Still wanted to drop by to say hello.

Would like to see the scale go down but like many it is stuck, very happy to be where I am though.
