my New Wow moment!

I seen a friend today at Home Depot that I have not seen since last fall, she was the cashier, she real loud said Karen if you lose any more weight you won't weigh anything. Now keep in mind I have not lost anything in over 2 months, but with all the exercise I have dropped some inches. She made my day! Just wanted to share.

Sweet lady we missed you at the support group tonight, but we know that it was an extra for the month that LWB added and you missed a fantastic one. Be sure to see the video on line when Dana publishes it on the site.

Lap Band on 03/02/07

Thank you. I also seen a young lady today that is just 1 yr older then my oldest DD. 32 yrs old. She had lapband about 7 months before me, she lost 50 pounds with in the 7 months. Well she did not follow the rules the poor thing has gained it back plus. I give my sucess to LWB. We have such a great team of ppl there. We are not shoved to the back burner after we have surgery. I read this alot on the forums that I go on. Like smartbands.com. I also read the peoria WLS forum.
I will be looking forward to Dana getting this up so I can view it!

How nice Karen I know that made your day, It always make mine,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
