Wednesday Roll Call
Good morning everyone in IL and also to you Carla in FL. We can all stop grumbling because we are supposed to see Mr. Sun today and it be a little warmer. 
I have my
brewing. I screwed up and forgot to reset my alarm from last week and it got me up at 430am. It is rare that I need one and it is usually turned on for those "just in case" mornings that I sleep in, yeah right not this girl. 
We went to a seminar (free) regarding reverse mortgages last night at our local high school. There are some shysters out there but we were told how to spot them. Very interesting and a great tool for those that would need it. We qualify but do not qualify. Dave will to be 62 soon but I am younger. My name would have to come off of the deed, not going to happen
Next we decided that we are not all that bad off financially. I did a fast crunch on my pension numbers yesterday and we could make it blah, blah, blah. I will not bore you with the details.
What is on your plate today
I have support group tonight with a great subject on using the internet as a helpful weight loss tool, how to use the calorie tracking sites, finding recipes, finding reliable info on supplements etc. A few weeks ago this was being discussed here on the board.

ps - someone asked me a question last week or later in a post that I do not think that I have answered yet. I went back through them all but cannot find it. It possibly was Lisa. So, if anyone remembers the question let me know and I will get back to you. I am such a dork - I remembered it yesterday on the way into work and then forgot.

Hello everyone
For the first time since surgery my stomach rumbled from hunger. I almost forgot what hunger pangs felt like. I don't know maybe I will need a fill after all. I guess we'll see next Friday.
I have nothing going today except for work and yes I'm one of those last minute tax people. So I will need to finish mine at lunch today. I'm terrible when it comes to doing my taxes. The last few years I didn't do them until the last minute.
Well have a nice rainless day.

This makes you my soul sister. Tax time normally sees me rolled up in a bowl under the covers. This year is a bit different as I have been practising up on my ability to deny reality. This is said to be a healthy mental tool for melancholy folks who if they let reality cloud their mind could fall off the edge. All those stupid grinning all the time folks(love you) come by it naturally.

Good Morning Chris and the rest IL!
One year ago today, I was released from the hospital after my 2 week stay!! It was a very emotional day for me as I had a very hard time those 2 weeks. Ask Dawn, I think I cried to her every day!! Thanks Dawn for being there for me and everyone else here too. I truly appreciate all the prayers that were sent out for me and I believe that is what got me through everything!
Hooray, the sun is peeking out already! I will be going for a walk later with the dogs then! I will probably wait til Jacob gets home from school though as he's trying to lose weight and a walk will help him as well. I worry about him so much and am doing what I can to help him. I know what it's like to be heavy in middle school and I hate that for him.
I will also work on homework today...that's about it though!

Good morning Christine and the rest of IL, I am up and showered and ready to go to my First Day of work, Well not real work today and Friday is training, I have to be there at 10 am till 4 pm ,
I went yesterday and got me two sets of scrubs, Man they cost too much, I will be checking out our goodwill Friday as that is there 1/2 off on all clothes,
Well not much else going on here,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
