Monica, I was low in February also. I have not gotten a copy of my labs yet. I was waiting until the end of May when they do a comparitive to see what the two say side by side.  I was instructed by the doctor to take X amount for X amount of time. Now I am on 4,000IU (daily) in addition to my multi and cal citrate with D.

From what I read from that Andrea U on the main board that the medical field has come up with new standards and many people are "now" low. What you need to find out is what the standard was for this current bloodwork and then what your numbers were from your last bloodwork that way you can compare what the lab had on the results.  I am not sure if D has a toxcicity level or not. I have been gathering bits and pieces of literature and am going to put it in a binder for reference. I think with a lot of these vits and minerals they are hard to bring back up once they are down. So it is good to stay ahead of it.

Dawn is correct about the dry D and you can get that at most places that sell vitamins like GNC, big box stores, Osco etc. Our bodies do not absorb the oil capsules. Look for D3 on the side of the bottle.

Yes, I agree with you those mowers are work horses. And if the one we have right now which is about 15 years old goes kaput we can take the leaf attachment thingy and blade and it will fit the new one we just bought. All their parts are inter changeable for the same size blade mowers of their brand.
