Hope everyone is having a good day. It is nice and sunny outside. I have been busy around the house and am just getting on the computer.
I am meeting a freind in a little while for lunch. These usually last 3 or more hours lol.
Need to get laundry and shopping done.

I am going to clean my house today! I have about 2 loads of laundry and just a good floor cleaning. Then run the dishwasher. I am going to do my exercises and then chill. Spring break ends for us tomorrow. So back to work Monday. I bought me a GPS should get it next week. I bought a Garmin, I am so excited now I will get to where I am going w/o and troubles!!!!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
