Friday Roll Call
Good Morning Jen and the state of Illinois.
Jen, I hope your procedure goes good.
I wish everyone who celebrates, a Happy Passover and Happy Easter. I am doing up a few eggs for my DH. He loves to eat Easter eggs and candy. Hes just an overgrown little boy at heart.
My world consist of laundry and picking up the bedroom this morning. I need to work on a quilt I am almost finished with, and exercise this morning. Me bad, since I was talking to my sister and cousin for over an hour this morning.
It is starting to rain
. I hope its not an all day thing. Yesterday I was able to get the car cleaned and vac. I want to get outside this weekend and and see about the garden, but if it is wet, not sure if I want to go in it.
Stay warm, dry and safe today.

The scale is back down to 440 and I hope I can move lower this time instead of going back up. My nut and doc appointments are not until week after next. Maybe I can knock down a few more pounds before that. I really want to get to four hundred and hopefully get some good images before the sugery time.
I need to gather up my tax info and print off the state forms plus a persnal goal to get some more progress in my C# book. The tax stuff is easy to do but still always frustrating.

I am home today and putzing around. Dawn, I am off today without pay as well, but mine is voluntary. I wanted a day weekend and knew it would be SLOW at work.
Not much planned for the weekend. Hope to get together with one of my best friends. Also need to do laundry and grocery shopping. Will spend too much time on facebook. Bad Nancy. Whoever got me hooked on this has an OH connection. You guys are contagious! It is the best time waster that I know and is so much FUN!

I'm the late one today...just got back from Yorkville and the visit with my mother in law. She made salmon patties for lunch and they were so good....mmm....
Jen- hope your test comes out okay today....
Went to the cardiologist with my DH on Wednesday...everything was good. Since his a-fib is asystematic they have to look for things that could be wrong. His holter monitor showed a few blips but nothing major. Now he needs an echo in June.
Tomorrow we are going to visit my mom, then to the cemetary.

Thought I'd put myself out there. I'm a newbie. Had my RNY 1 month ago. I'm a nurse for a large home care and hospice agency. I love the advice being traded on this website and hope to add my two cents if I ever get those 2 cents.
I live in Lockport (next to Joliet) with my DH and 2 sons 11 and 9 yrs old.
Wishing all a happy Easter. I'm having trouble getting motivated. I still need to do the baskets and we are doing the eggs tonight. I go back to work tomorrow. Purposefully picked Easter weekend to go back to work so I won't have to cook or be near all that food and now my MIL, FIL and BIL are all coming over (self invited) for Easter. They are bringing the food.
