Friday Roll Call
Good morning Illinois-
I am awake at work currently, I work in the ER at my local hospital registering patients overnight part time. Very exciting some nights! I get off at 6 am and then I will be going to a hospital near here for my dilation procedure. I still have not been able to eat or drink anything. I cannot wait till this is fixed!!! I am so thirsty! Almost there!!!
I finished my Easter shopping, and on Sunday my family will come to my house for dinner. We will do an egg hunt for the kids too! Should be fun!
I hope everyone has a VERY Hapy Easter and enjoys the weekend weather that looks promising!

Good morning. Hope all goes well with the procedure today.
We go to Good Friday service at the Creek this evening then home probably to eat left overs. Tomorrow we are going to the first Easter service for the weekend again at the Creek. Sunday we are going down the street to a local restaurant for Easter dinner. Hopefully my brother and his wife will join us. They have not given us an answer yet.
Off to work for me in a bit.

I'm supposed to be typing up some reports as I write this but wanted to pop in real quick and say hello
. Staying busy with the marketing, Outback. I'm off at Outback tonight so I will deliver pizzas instead. Life is good. No complaints here.

Jen, hoping that your dialation worked well for you and you are able to eat again soon. Your weekend sounds like lots of fun.
I am off work today without pay. Oh well, the rest of my family is off too, so it will be good to spend a little time with them before they go to their separate corners. Liv is going to Belvidere (30-35 miles west) to spend the night with a friend, and David is going to Kent (20 or so miles east) to watch movies with one of his friends. Once they are delivered, Todd and I will figure out something to do. I am hoping that we will stop for a new kitchen faucet, but we will see. Not really romantic, but we need to get it done.
That's about it for me today.

Good Morning all my IL friends!
Today the kids are off of school and Tyler and Jacob have dentist appt's around noon. Then I am taking Tyler and a friend to the outlet mall by me so they can do a little shopping and I think that maybe Jacob and I will go to, just to walk around and get out of the house.
I am SO frustrated right now with Dr R's office. I swear, he's a great surgeon and all, but the office follow up once surgery is done, sucks!! I have been waiting over a week now for a call back about my labs...again (this happened last time too and I was low in some!) Every time I call there, someone has an excuse as to why I haven't gotten a call. This morning I called and told them that I am very upset and they once again promised me that someone would call me back today! we shall see.
Anyway, no other plans today or for the weekend actually...I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter celebration or what ever else you may celebrate!!

When I had some stuff done in March, I called one morning and didn't hear anything, so I called back the next morning and asked for Kate again. This time I also told them that I had been waiting for another call the day before, and that this was unacceptable. She called me back before noon.

I have called 6 times in the last 5 days and still have not gotten a call back. I just hung up with the receptionist again and guess what? My chart is on the nurse's desk..but the nurses all went home already so I have to wait til Monday!!! UGH. I hate their office and the follow up care. I honestly can say that I am very disappointed in the after care that I have gotten there!
