Today's my 1 year Anniversary!

Today was my one year anniversary and I want to thank all of you for the inspiration all of you have given me. I don't know where this past year has gone, but it has been the most interesting ride of my life. I have gotten to meet some of you and really enjoyed talking with you one on one. I have learned a lot from reading your posts. (even when I just lurked) I love the friendship and camaraderie that is here on the OH Illinois board.

You are all great! I wish you all much success!

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
