Tuesday Roll Call

 An ice cream freeezer can be the old fashioned churn type that you turn or crank a handle to freeze the liquid to make ice cream or an electric one.  It involves using ice and rock salt.  Today they have some electric ones that dont use rock salt or ice.  You freeze the canister and it gets super cold and will make the liquid turn into ice cream.  I use a Cuisinart Ice Cream maker.  They run about $50 - 60.  You can get them at Kohls, Linens and Things, Bergners, Sears, WalMart etc.

I need to get myself in the shower soon.  I have some marketing to do for a few hours.  Need to pick up some dry cleaning, drop off some paperwork with the accountant and then go to my foot appointment.  Not much else going on.  I'm off at Outback today so I'm looking forward to a somewhat lazy evening.

Hello to the rest of Illinois!

I am at work and I was the first person to vote at my polling place this morning!  We don't have a lot of issues to vote on, but I wanted to make sure I voted for the school board.

My cold is getting better and I am glad.  It must be the same one that Todd had as it is running the same course.  I haven't taken any medicine yet today and that is a big improvement over the last few days.

After work, I need to drop off some things at the library and maybe pick up a few too.  Tonight, Liv has an order for frosted blondies to fill.  Her grandmother is kind of "different".  Liv's business is actually cupcakes, but grandma has decided that she wants these blondies, frosted in a certain way and decorated in a certain way with lots of rules.........Liv is thinking of charging her double for the trouble.  Oh well, it shows Liv how customers can be a pain, but you still have to be nice to them.

I will be helping her make some special cupcakes to take to the family Easter dinner on Sunday.  I found a recipe that calls for 2 cups of chopped "3 Musketeers" bars to be mixed into yellow cake.........sounds interesting so we are going to make them and see what the family has to say.  What I need to do is start experimenting with sugar free recipes for cupcakes and frosting.  The problem is that I would have to take them to support group or something to get rid of them all......

Well, that's about it for me today......

GOOD MORNING NANCY AND ALL OF ILLINOIS...WHAT A DAY TODAY..WOKE UP TO A BAD SMELL IN THE HOUSE MY THROAT WAS BURNING.  OUR EJECTER PUMP WENT OUT DOWNSTAIRS,  FILTHY WATER ALL OVER...CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY WE ARE NOT COVERED FOR PLUMBING WORK.  THEY ARE SENDING A CREW OUT TO CLEAN UP THE BASEMENT AND PULL UP ALL CARPETING WHAT A MESS WITH SEWER WATER.  I GOT MY DAY CUT OUT FOR ME.  PLEASE PRAY WE FIND A PLUMBER WHO IS HONEST.  THINKING OF ALL OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES.
STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL TO HAVE A REVISION DONE TO REMOVE MY LAPBAND AND DO THE RNY.

I had my labs done Saturday for my surgiversary, only my appointment isn't til the end of April. I got them done early as my primary needed the labs for my thyroid.

Had the board meeting last night and it looks like we all agreed on the same new management company....yeah, we will get thru this. Now for the transition.

Crystal...hope your not overdoing it...

I've got the crockpot going with salsa chicken.......Gym tonight....can't wait!

going to get in the shower and then go and vote.  i have a hair appt to get it cut and colored.  just relaxing today.  i already walked around the neighborhood a few times.  hope everyone has a good day:)

 Good morning everyone.  I'm up and about.  I already did most of my free-lance work on the computer and now I'm just relaxing before I get Meredy dressed and we go do some running.  Not much else going on.  The weight is still stalled but I have high hopes for the summer.  School is going well.  I realized that after April, I will be doing clinic 2 nights a week and the other 2 nights are hands on classes so life should be a little easier.  In 2 weeks, I start doing several community outreach programs that I've set up so it should be fun to actually be out in the world doing massage.  I will start doing my own private clients pretty soon.  If anybody is interested, PM me and we can talk.  We just got approved for an insurance settlement on our house so it looks like we will be getting it resided very shortly.  We're thinking about doing a blue color which will be very peaceful.  A friend already put new window sills in for me and they look great.  I'm going to try and repaint the wood trim this weekend if it is warm enough.  I hope the house is all done and looking good by Nic's birthday party (May 2nd).  Enjoy the day!

Not much going on here just relaxing having some lower back pain it is even hurting in the upper legs! Had a hard time sleeping last night from it.
I need to go to Lowe's and get a flush handle replacement mine on the inside was made of plastic and it snapped yesterday.
Need to go see about a shower its going to be a slow go!!

Not much here.  Started back at thearpy last night and feel really good about the things I need to work on.  I want to make sure that I didn't do this surgery for no reason.  I am not going to fall back into my old habits!
