OT: Help with craft ideas
Here are some
The small hand towels for the kitchen that have the crochet handle for the cabinet door knob.
Plastic canvas needle point.
Counted cross stitch.
Fleece throws. (or ones for a girl's baby dolls)
Personalized Christmas ornaments.
American Girl sized doll clothes.
Handmade jewelry is really hot right now.
Toll painted accents.
Foam art items for kids.
Floral art.
Hand sewn linen table items like placemats, napkins and table runners.
When you sell at craft fairs you will need to be selling things for the next closest holiday, keep that in mind. You will always need to be one step ahead of the buyers brain and trigger that person's "need" to have something to decorate the home. You might also want to go to a craft consignment shop and see what is being sold for ideas.
If you have a JoAnn Fabrics (not just the fabric store but the one with the crafts also) or a Michael's you can go in and see what they have to offer. Both of the stores are on line also. Check out Walmart in the craft/fabric dept for idea books also.
You taxed my brain for the early morning!!
