support group?

Does anyone know of a RNY support group that meets in St. Louis or southern IL?  I'm from Belleville and lookin for a meeting within 20-30 min from home - I'm not too sure what to expect with a support group, never been to one for anything (so what happens?)

There is a support group in Herrin Hospital, in Herrin, IL. which is in southern IL. that just started out last month and i went to it and it was great.  There was quite a few people there that had RNY and the lap band and some there that was just looking into the surgery.  They meet every third thursday of the month from 7-9 p.m. the next one is April 16.  The ones who had the surgery was letting us ones who haven't to what to kinda expect afterwards.  I learned alot of info there that night.
