CONGRATULATIONS Janet !      Way to go girl. You look so good! Have you heard from your insurance yet about your arms? There goes another few lbs when you get them done.
Spring break is over and back to school for my daughter. I think she was ready to get back.

I might have broke my 4 week stall, i was down 2 lbs this morning, if it stays off.  Has anyone gone 4 weeks or longer on a stall? I'm just 6 months out. Well every one have a great day .  Robbie

Good Morning.

All of the white stuff we got over the weekend is gone. I know some of you got dumped on pretty bad.

I am at work, we heard that Nicor is supopose to start turning off this morning. Now don't flame me for this, but, they need to. Sme people never pay thier bill and wait to get turned off so they can get others to pay it for them. Now, I know everyone doesn't fit in that catagory.It just gets frustrating to see the big bills that are made over the winter, and not even a payment of any kind. Plus, alot of times its the same people every year.

I will ditto the congrats made by Nancy G as well as say a congrats to all those hanging in there and making slow progress.  Not much planned here today except hoping to get through a chapter and maybe two C#.

Jumping off from Daws pot roast last week DW picked up some cream of mushroom soup and Lipton's Garlic and herb.  Those along with some chicken thighs are in the crock pot now.  I hope some red pepper flakes are in there too that we got at Woodman's last week.

The pot roast turned out really good and the chicken sounds wonderful!!!!

DW just called and said I can turn it up and add more red pepper flakes.  EYE LIKE PEPPER FLAKES.  Smelling pretty good in here now.

Crystal - great to see that you are doing so well!  Don't push yourself!

Janet - awesome job and such an inspiration to us all!

Can't wait for the arm weather to come, where is it?

Been home for close to a 1/2 hr from work. Sitting down right now and making sure that I have all the service paks and updates from Microsoft. Just touched base with our friend the IT guy to make sure that we are safe from the Malware that MIGHT pop out on the 1st.
