Join Me in the Quad Cities MS Walk on May 9th

It's free, but you are encouraged to pledge and get pledges. I started a team on there called QC SparkPeople. So when you sign up go to teams, then join team. This is a cause that is important to me because my father in law and sister in law both have MS. Here is the link for more info.
