Just thought someone might get some help from all of this info.Havn`t been on here in a while.I hope you all are doing great.I wish you all nothing but the best and complete success on your journeys.I havn`t done well at all.I havn`t gained but havn`t lossed neither. My life is so full of stress, has been for as long as I can remember but more so over the last year.So needless to say I havn`t been able to stay away from food, but my DH & I are getting ready to move to Myrtle Beach South Carolina within the next 35 days, hopefully. Are trying to co-ordinate getting his transfer from Wal-Mart & getting an apartment to go through about the same time. It`s not easy, lol. So I know once I am there I will have a whole lot less stress, will be motivated into walking & excersizing more because I will be wanting to go to the beach every day, lol.Plus there will be tons of places to walk to & things to do to keep me busy.Oh one more thing.Have any of you heard about the new Rose procedure? It repairs your pouch if you have stretched it out & have gained weight since your surgery. No cutting, you go home the same day, simple, fast.I learned about that on here.
Have a GREAT day everyone.

Your most welcome.I should have posted in my first post about the liquids that, that was mainly for "normal"people and that for us,we need to make sure the most of the liquids should be water but if we do drink other stuff make sure it is sugar free.IF you can stand the taste.Personally I have not found one sugar free liquid that I can stand the taste. The best thing I like is G2.It's Gatorade with less sugar. It is good.Ha! And I started the other day of mixing diff.flavors of sugar free pudding in milk but just enough to flavor the milk & it thickens the milk just enough to feel & taste like a milk shake. And I drink sugar free jello water, lol. It feels kinda funny with the lil bits of jello that have thickened up but it tastes good.Ya got to do what ya got to do to lose the weight AND enjoy what you are consuming at the same time.
Have a good evening.I'm glad I could be of help.

Hi Kim,
I was wondering where you were.
Don't stress about what you haven't loss and think of what you have. Even if it is slow going, you didn't put the weight on fast either.  I can envy you moving to Mertle Beach. It is a wonderful area, Like you said, you will be able to get out more and alot less stress for both of you.

Hugs,
Lisa.

Hi Lisa.Right now I am in Effingham IL.Close to Mattoon.Yea I am trying not to stress out too much because I know it will only make things worse.I just try to keep focused on this move.I've always wanted to live near the ocean.I used to live in Calif.in my teens but was too busy working to go to the beach so I didn't enjoy it very much.I know the weight will start coming off faster once I get there. Thanks & I hope you are having a great day.
