Calories at a year out
Yep, that's what I think to. I think it's drops and then when I stand up it takes a minute for my heart to pump the blood faster to bring it up again. I have no idea what I can do about it or if it's just something I have to deal with. Sometimes I feel like I could pass out from it, that would stink!
See, follow up sucks from the Kane Ctr! I felt the same way with Dr. Rantis too and the whole gorup afterwards! I love my surgery and am very happy I went with them. But I get the same thing as you Monica when I bend over or stand up to fast I get light headed and things are black for a second or two. No answear from them either. Hmmmmm! Oh! Dr. Rantis should know how many calores! I am shocked that he did not. Wow.....
How are you doing Monica a year out? Congrats on being a year!!!!

Hi Jill! I am feeling and doing great at a year out! I can't wait to get a bike this spring too and go riding with the kids!! I live right by the Fox River so that will be nice for riding and walking!
Like Chris said above, the bending over thing is from our blood pressure dropping I believe. I have never had high blood pressure issues at all so now that I have lost 100+ pounds my blood pressure is right around 107/62 or so....
Now, what to do about it, that I don't have any answers for! lol

Monica, that is great blood pressure. It could be a little low, but mine runs at 110/114 over 64 alot of the time. I found light headedness was from one of my meds. As we lose weight, we need lower doses.
Dr. Guske told me between 800 to 1000 calories a day. That seems to be an average.
