Good morning all,
Thought I'd pop in to say hello while I have a couple minutes to myself.
Yesterday I saw the ENT and had good news. The thyroid scan showed no sign of cancer, so the nodule is benign. whoo-hoo! The cat scan showed the sinus infection is finally gone. Only problem to work on is that I have GERD which is causing the weird sensation in my throat like something is stuck. It may be a side effect from two of the meds I take ( Boniva & Potassium). Have a list of foods to avoid so I need to adjust my diet again. No more fat free Italian dressing, onion or green peppers. Also need to switch to decaf coffee once again. Oh and no tomato sauce, those seem to be the triggers for me. He upped the Zantac dose, I have had some relief from it.
I have spring fever and have been working outside every chance I get. The extra exercise is helping to move the scale again.

Good morning Ilse and the rest of Illinois!
I am working today and feeling that this week will NEVER end. When I first got up this morning, I thought it might be Thursday, but NOOOOO. I slept on the couch again last night for an hour before bed.
Liv is here with me today as she decided to work on her toothpick bridge that is due after the break. If is slow going for her because she finds it boring. (Wah, Wah, Wah.....) If she makes good progress, I will reward her with a trip to the library this afternoon for a Disney DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution) activity that they are having.
Not too much going on in my corner. Hoping things went well with Crystal and that everyone else with health issues is healing soon.
