Sunday Roll Call
Time to rise and shine.. It's almost 8am and no one has posted roll call. Wow, this is odd.
So, it appears to be another beautiful day in my neck of the woods. Nothing much planned. I'm going to try to stay off my feet as much as possible so I can wait tables tonight. I worked an eight shift yesterday and it liked to of killed me. I could hardly hobble home. I know I'm putting too much stress on my feet too soon after surgery but I have to do what I have to do.
I'm sipping on some java and listening to the birds just singing away. It's a beautiful thing. Folks, I do believe spring is finally here.

So what's going on your world?
Have a blessed day everyone!
Christina
Hope everyone has a great Sunday,
Hugs to all,
Janet
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
When I get back got a 150 gal and a 55 gal fish tank to empty and refill my fishys aren't feeling to well not sure whats going on. So I will get new filter aids while out and about.
I have moved more funiture and boxes around this week I am bruised all over. Even if I do get to stay I have a bright spot MY SPRING CLEANING will be done!!!!
Every closest is cleaned. I have until Thursday to get my house in order.
So I am going to run now so I can get back by 5 to finish up the tanks!!!
Have a great day!

The wedding was great and the shuttle service even better. There was not even a mention of God during the wedding even though there was some sort of a minister officiating.
Christina I hope you are right about spring being here because I heard on the news this morning not to put the snow shovels away yet as there still is a chance of snow.

I am finally up and around. I woke up at 6:30 but decided I wasnt ready to get up yet as I was really tired yesterday and had not gotten enough sleep this past week. So I took advantage today.

No special plans for today. Probably play on the computer. Eileen and a few others here have me addicted to facebook. Maybe that is my new transfer addiction for food? I thought I had escaped having one. Oh well, it could be worse.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning Illinois,
It looks like all of us are running late today. Why not? It is Sunday, a day of rest, or, its suppose to be.
My family dinner yesterday went great. It really felt good having the girls and their families here. No one even turned on the TV. We had snacks, and spent the afternoon outside talking. Even lingered over the dinner table. That's the kind of day I love.
I am using fitday to record my food choices for the day.. For 2 days now, I have stayed under the 800 calories that the Dr recommended.
Today, I intend to be lazy. Maybe take a walk later today. I want it to be a bit warmer. If not. the gazell and tread mill are waiting. I am going to make chili today to take for lunches this week. Also, from the leftover roast, I want to make beef stew for today.
Have a great day, stay warm and safe.
Huggers,
LISA
Good afternoon!
We got home from Tahiti last night and just fell asleep. We had been up about 36 hours, although we had a few catnaps on the plane. IT's hard to get a good sleep while flying. So we are about five hours jetlagged with the time difference. It's a good thing to have today to catch up. Tahiti is absolutely beautiful and Bora Bora and Moorea even more! For those of you *****member South Pacific--it does look exactly like that. For you younger folks--it looks like those tropical screensavers! We had never been south of the equator before, so that was a new adventure.
Well, I'd better go unpack and start the laundry!
