Good morning everyone. Weekend 3 Yeah, the weekend is almost here.

I got out and did some of the leaves yesterday. It is still a mucky mess and wet. I got a nasty blister and I even had gloves on. It is all so wet. I think I got the blister from the tugging and pulling of the wet leaves. I knew I was getting sore, then pop it went, ouchie!!   Raking Leaves

Well, off to work here for me in a bit. Computer I really enjoy Fridays due to it being casual day. I got my guy from the Pilotand he seemed a little tired. His mom called him yesterday while he was in NYC and asked well are you going to see this or that? She does not have a clue that business trips are structured and you go from point A-B-C etc and race to catch the plane home. She asks him that each and everytime he goes east if he is going to see his sister in Delaware . . . He doesn't even hardly have time to go potty let alone go see Sarah.

Have a great day. It's Friday

Good morning.

I finished the same topic 47 seconds later than Chris.  I deleted mine, since hers posted first.

Friday is finally here.  In a few hours, I start Spring Beak.  I will take 1/2 a sick day and go near Rockford to see my cousin.   She has visitors from Minn, so I will bring my too large swimsuits for them to take back to my other cousin.

I went to Dr Rosen yesterday.  I am around 87 pounds lost since I first saw him and a bit over 9 pounds since my last visit.  On my home scale, I am more than 90 pounds down since I started.

Not much else new.

I wish all of you a happy day.

I could use a spring break, LOL. But I have all my vacation slated for during the year so I have to take them when planned. Fortunately I get 5 weeks. I am one of the few that gets the max. At 17 yrs you get 5 weeks.

I keep two internet windows open and then when I am about ready to transmit I refresh the second one to see if there is a post yet, if not then I hit the submit on the one that has the post I am creating.

I found out my niece works in Streamwood at a school off of Park St. She did not get cut because of tenure. Is there any chance you will be called back? The reason I am aking this is her mom said many times cut employees that get the slip then will get called back later on.

How was Dr R feeling? When I saw him the other night he had a little bit of a cold. Great job on the weight. I usually weigh heavier on my home scale and lighter on theirs.

Good morning Christine, Illinois, and welcome home Dave.

My job interview went real good yesterday.  It is almost the same job I did 20 years ago.  I loved it!  I figure after being out of work for 10 years and the way the economy is, if I get it, I am gonna take it.

Sorry about the blister Christine, I did that last week, and it hurts.

I am feeling a little better today, didn't cough my head off all night, so I actually got some sleep.

Today I am going door to door in our neighborhood to hand out some local political stuff for a council woman and the mayor.  Everybody likes me to do our neighborhood cause I know the people that don't want stuff, I walk on sidewalks, and driveways, not in yards.

Everyone have a great day!

Hello everyone

It's just 4 more days till I'm a LOSER!!!  I have so many things to do this weekend to get things ready.  I doing a spring cleaning (washing bedding, curtains, carpets and sofa).  I don't know I just feel like if I'm going to stuck at home for 2 weeks I want it to be a very clean house.
I'm also doing groceries for the next two weeks so I don't have to run out for anything.  I guess you can tell I'm very excited and impatient.  I had trouble sleeping last night because of all the thoughts running through my head.

I'm so glad it's Friday.  Today (tomorrow) at midnight I am going to buy the Twilight DVD!!!  I'm also excited about that too.

Have a nice day

Good Morning Christine and the entire board.

I am going to see Dr. Guske today in EGV, then we are meeting a cousin for brunch at Ellys Pancake House in Arlington Heights. I will probably just have soup but its great to be able to see them.

Christine, my late MIL had heard that they were starting GED classes at the high school and thought my DH and I should take them. That would of been fine, but DH is a college grad and I have an associates
degree. They mean well.

I hope Christina is able to find a job, and that Ilse can find another position for next year.

Hopefully everyone stays healthy this weekend.

Stay warm today, and safe.

Huggers

 Good Morning Christine and Illinois!

Oh my, I am late this morning.  I slept a little longer and get on here and find several people have posted.  I feel lazy!  Was really tired this morning and hit the snooze button an extra time.

I am glad it is Friday.  But I do have to teach a class tomorrow so I dont have a whole weekend off.  But it means more $$$ for me which is nice.

Yesterday was a long day at work.  Lots of calls and even missed my break.  Also had to deal with a lot of incompetent co workers who had screwed things up and had to redo their messes.  I was so aggravated by the end on the day.  It just causes extra problems and takes twice as long to do anything.  Then 3 were such severe mistakes, I had to report them so that they get coached from their supervisers and I hate doing that.  But it really needed to be done.  Just dont like being a tattle tale.

Hope everyone enjoys the day and has great plans for the weekend!

Crystal, I was so excited before my surgery I had trouble sleeping as well.  It is amazing all the "nesting" and preparation you do to get ready!

Good Morning Chris and the rest of IL!

Well I have no voice today at all.  I still feel icky but I have so much I need to do today, so we'll see how that goes.  The most important is to get Phantom in for a bath..and he hates bathes so that will be fun!  lol.  Other than getting things ready for the weekend I am only going to rest and hopefully feel better by the time tomorrow comes.  I will be gone all day tomorrow and most of Sunday as well to the Chicagoland Family Pet Fair.  I love going there, it's so much fun.  Jacob will be showing Phantom in 3 shows there tomorrow!

We are under a water boil order here in North Aurora for who knows how long.  We got an automated call yesterday from the village because of poor water pressure and they said we had to boil the water now because of it.  It's a pain in the butt, but better safe than sorry right?

Well gotta run, have a wonderful day everyone!

Monica
