Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good morning Christine and everyone In Il~

Not sure what today will bring for me.  Thursdays I am home alone with my youngest Cassie and we always find something to do.

I am still taking it easy being a little over two weeks out of surgery.  I did walk outside the past three days which was nice.

My middle child, Jessie who is almost 7 on April 1st, was up last night coughing alot.  She ended up getting sick from so much coughing!!!  She feels ok though and wants to try to go to school.  Spring break starts tomorrow so I am going to let her try!  They will call me if she is having any issues I am sure!

My son, Tyler who is 8 1/2, starts his soccer practices tonight for the Spring season.  He really enjoys playing.

Other than that I am leaving for a cruise on the 28th and need to figure out what I am going to pack for clothes.  It is warm there of course and I wish I had some summer dresses but I am definitely going to buy any since I am at the beginning of my weight loss!

Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Lucy-  keep up the journaling you are doing great!
Monica-  I hope you feel better soon!!!

Hi Jen. You're doing a great job. I wish I could go on the cruise with you. You'll have a fun time, I'm sure. Just make sure to get some rest along the way.

Thanks for your message!

Hope you had a great day, the little one was feeling better and soccer practice went well.

Were you able to get some clothing for the cruise? Which line are you going on, ports, how long and the port you leave from? We have been on 7 cruises and love them.

Hi Christine-

I had a great day!  My daughter survived at school today and she was fine thank you!

I have not looked for clothing yet, I am thinking next week maybe!  I am going on the Royal Carribean, leaving from Fort Lauderdale, FL.  We leave on the 28th and come back the 2nd.  We are going to George Town, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rois, Jamaica.  I earned the cruise from selling jewelry thru a home based busines.  Is all free and everything is included.  I can add excursions if I want which I am looking at but need to be careful since surgery was not that long ago!

Any advice for me?

Good Morning IL -

All this talk of journaling is making me realize that this is something I should have been doing a long time ago.  I think this is key to getting and staying on track.  I will start this.. tomorrow.  LOL  No really, no time like the present.

Yesterday was a very tiring day.. I went back to work and probably pushed myself a bit too much.  It's amazing how much your foot still needs to be elevated after surgery.  It's throbbing right now.  I feared if I took anymore time off I could be next on the chopping block so I went back to work.

Oh well, you do what you gotta do.  I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Welcome home Corey!
Happy Birthday Eileen

Christina, if you go onto the dietician page of LWB site there is a PDF with 7 pages of food log sheets, one for each day of the week. Print them out and hand write the info in. There is also a Word doc that you can save to your own computer and fill it in so you do not have write out the info.  You can even send them into the dietician and Sheryl can evaluate your choices or you can fax the info in and ask her to touch base with you.
