I year anniversary
Hello all, I just wanted to pop in and say hello and thank you to everyone on this board. I have realized I am a better luker than a poster..lol I read the board everyday and I feel like I know you all. I celebrate everyone's successes and they keep me motivated. Anyone's setbacks make me sad and remind me that we are human and it's not a reason to quit. Thank you all for sharing your lives.
Today marks one year since my surgery. I am 102 pounds down and 5 pounds below what my doctor said my weight should be. My bmi is in the normal range which is absolutely amazing to me. I think that maybe the first time in my life..lol I feel awesome and am so grateful that I was able to have this surgery and begin a new and healthy life for not only me but for my family.
This has been an wonderful journey and I can't wait to see what is in store for me.

Congrats on you one you anniversary, it does feel so great to have lost the other person in side you,
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
