Sunday Roll Call
Good Sunday morning to everyone. We have more good weather coming our way to enjoy the day with.
Dave and I are not doing much of anything. We will go to Osco as I need to pick up some supplements and that is about it. I do need to rake the gunky leaves in the back. I will try doing a little of that so these wet leaves do not ruin the grass.
Pretty soon we will be doing this 
ps did anyone hear from one of our new members by the screen name of Moonraker? I sent him a personal message and he has not responded. I am concerned about him.

Good Sunday Morning Christine and the whole Illinois board.
I have been over sleeping this whole weekend. I hate when that happens since then I don't fall asleep on time either. It is a vicious circle.
Today at the Tucker house, we will be making corn beef and cabbage. I don't want to make it Tuesday since I work out of town, andI would have to start it way to early. I want it done, but not 100% falling apart. This is the one dinner I make that I know DH will rave about. Outside of steaks, this is his favorite.
Other then that, I am going to finish laundry and then go out and move some junk that DH has piled up in the side yard. It has been there way to long!
Its going to be a nice day, get out and enjoy it.

Today is a media day for me if the sunshine does not inspire me and make me drive out to see the big lake.
My media day has begun with watching last weeks Only God message from Willow Creek online. Remember I overdid last Saturday so I stayed home last Sunday. One good thing about going to church on Sunday. There are a lot of good things but one that I miss if I do not go, that is not very spiritual, is that it marks out the week for me.
Next up will be Max Lucado teaching from The Story. Oak Hills I think is the name of the church down in San Antonio. Randy Frazee was a minister at Willow who went down there to be senior pastor for them and he is visiting some of their other campuses for a few weeks so we get Max Lucado. Max Lucado has written a lot of books and movies but is a very normal person when he is teaching.
Then it will be media live and in person at Willow.
That is when the day may get off track when we have finished serving in Harvest and walk out into what promises to be a beautiful day. Otherwise I have a Netflix movie I will watch and then there is the Race tonite. In all of that I have to remember to avoid pizza, mexican food and donuts.

Good morning!
I hope you are all well. I am still coughing, but not as badly as before. I took several half days from work and didn't go into work at all on Wednesday.
Yesterday, my parents and my DD and her family came over to celebrate my parent's 61st wedding anniversary coming up on Thursday, the 19th. We had a marinated pork roast and some potatoes cooked with shredded carrots and onion. I think the spices used for the marination didn't agree with me, as lunch didn't stay down. I gave away the leftover meat, so it will not be an issue again.
My DD got a picture of me too, along with some pics of my parents.
More people have been pink-slipped in our school district-all the first year teachers and at least 30 secretaries (including our principal's secretary). In our building, that is 7 more people. It felt like an emotional day at school yesterday.
I will be getting my third shot in my knees on Tuesday. It is something made from chickens. I think it's called cynvist (sp?) It has helped a bit.
My DH wants to go over stuff in the basement that needs to be thrown away when one of our two sump pumps failed on Tuesday. We do not have a finished basement, but do have a lot stored in the basement including empty boxes I was collecting for whenever we will have to move. Bummer!

I had the synveck put in my knees a few yrs back and it worked wonders! Along with the weight loss I have very minimal knee pain and then its only if I over do it! So thats why I think the water exercises will be better on the knees since there isn't any hard impact while in the water! Good luck !

Good morning Illinois-
I was really busy yesterday with my 5 year old's birthday party with her friends. It was at a tumbling place in town and we had 25 kids there!!! It was well controlled by the people that run the place and it was an awesome party! I had to do nothing thank goodness since I am still sore!
Today my immediate family is here for breakfast, we do this every Sunday where we go to my house or my brothers and my dad cooks us breakfast. For me it is carnation instant breakfast still! Eggs in a couple weeks maybe!!!
Last night I made a huge error I think! I was at my son's award ceremony for swimming and it was a dinner! We went from my daughter's party straight to this as I had forgotten about it till we were at my daughter's party. I had brought NOTHING for me to eat! I picked up some pasta that was really soft and ate it. I felt fine till about 3 hours later and then I had a really bad sharp pain on my left side. It went away a few hours later. It this because I ate something too advanced and it was a carb? I only ate a few to hold myself over but I learned my lesson! I thought maybe others could learn from my mistake!!! Listen to your diet plan!!! I am to the T from now on! I never want that pain back!

It is a beautiful day outside. Yesterday I went and got groceries and ended sitting outside for a few minutes when I came home as it was so nice!
I am still coughing my head off and blowing my nose constantly. One of my cats goes running away at a gallop every time I cough. It is so funny. He must think I am going to hurt him.
I have stayed quiet since Wednesday. Eileen got me hooked on Yoville and Farmtown on Face book as well as collecting Easter Eggs so guess where my time has been spent? It is a good no thinking activity when you dont feel well.
Today is laundry and then I will try to go back to work tomorrow.
Hope everyone enjoys the pretty day!

Calvin is off today so hopefully he will get me out of this house for awhile. I found a bike trainer and would like to go pick it up. Today is a beautiful day for a drive to Chicago.. I just have to convince Calvin that it is............ LOL

Hi All,
I am finally back from a 8 day stay in Denver. I came back on tuesday night. I ended up having a laparoscopy for adhesions while I was there. I am feeling better but my shoulder is stil hurting and I stil feel like I am black and Blue.
Getting ready for company comming the end of the month for a week. then Carl and I are going to North Carolina for 6 days for Passover.
I will be in the chicago area the month of July to snowbird!!!!!! I decided it will be to hot down here so I am getting a house sitter to care for the cats and I am leaving. I will probably staying with my daughter and Paulette part of the time. Also going to Michigan.
Nothing else going on here just sun and warmth.

The weather is going to great for a few days, so I am going to make new flower beds this year. I already have it decided where I want them! I am excited to see them all bloomed!
