Hi there!
You have come to the right place for encouragement!
Are you looking for recipes? Look at the board and all posts that begin with R.O.D. (or ROD) are recipes that we have tried that are good for us. There is also a recipe board here on OH:
http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/recipe/
Do you just want someone to tell you that YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!
I am a member of a board that talks about "doing a U-Turn". You CAN do it! Just turn right around from your old habits and back into the new habits that you learned right after surgery. When you eat, eat protein first, then veggies, then if room allows, a small amount of fruit or starch.
Are you exercising? Take a walk around your neighborhood. The sun is shining and the weather will be better soon. Baby steps......increase as you feel better.
You CAN DO THIS! I know, because I stopped losing after 10 months and I am now almost 2 1/2 years out. I have days where I want to throw in the towel and just give up. Sometimes I think, "what is the point?" but I try not to have too many days like that. By coming here to this board and giving and getting support, I realize that I AM worth it and even if I don't lose another pound, I am better off than I was before surgery.
What else can I do to help?
