TUESDAY ROLL CALL!!!!!

HI ALL!

I am getting ready to go to work. Not much going on. I start work in about 25 minutes. I will be back and forth between work and school today until about 6:30 tonight.

So that is pretty much how my day is going to go.

I am going to try to get about an hour off around 1 this afternoon to do a little exercising. My back gets real stiff sitting in the class all day.

Since I have lost weight I have so much energy I can't sit still for more then 1/2 hour. Befween my classes I always stand up, or pace around until the instructor wants to get talking. But all is good.

Only 4 days until the get together.  <-- Crystal light. (I don't know why its in a mug?)

I can't wait to see everyone. I am still trying to talk my sister into coming. She wants a lab band so she can use the support.

Dont forget to bring all your attractive single lady friends.

God Bless

Dave

Good morning,

Dave, I need your energy today.  Last night I found out that one of my former students was killeed in his home in a murder suicide.  I had gotten an email from my superintendent then I watched the nine o'clock news.  He was a student with learning disabilities who had come a long way,

He got into scouting which really gave him a sense of belonging.  When I had him, he was wise beyond his years. I'm leavig in a couple of minutes to see what the school is going to do.  I think the only students who will know him are the ones in scouting.  This young man was a senior and I work in a junior high.

It is interesting how things happen.  I had a support group last night and decided I was too tired and didn't go.  If I had, I would not have been on my computer and would have heard about this at school.  It helps being prepared.

I look forward to meeting all of you on Saturday. Thanks for listening.

 (((((Aleece))))

I saw the story on the news last night.  What a tragedy.  I am sorry to hear that this was one of your students.  Such a senseless death.  My thoughts and prayers are with your school and community today.

Dear Aleece:

I am SOOOOOO sorry to hear about another senseless death.  I am also sorry that you have to go through this, it is very difficult.  My husband and son are very into Boy Scouts and I know what a great organization it is.  Hopefully, that "family" of Scouts will be able to support this young man's family.

My thoughts are definitely with you.

Tell someone that you love them!

(((((ALEECE))))) so sorry to hear this, hope you and the family can help each other get through this, take care and see you sat.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hello everyone

I'm on cloud nine...I got my surgery date yesterday.  So I will be a loser on 3-24!!!  I can't believe after everything I'm finally going to have my surgery.  I just want to say you guys are the best.  Thanks for the support along the way.

Well I'm at work and I'm starting to feel better.  The most bothersome thing right now is the excessive post nasal drip.  I can't stand it anymore.

Dave- I can't wait till I lose weight and have lots of energy.

Aleece- I'm very sorry about the tragedy.  His family will be in my prayers.

Have a good day.
