Splenda or Such????

Can RNY'ers use Splenda or Equal? If yes how long after surgery anyone know? Thanks :)

Yes, why not use it?. It is a sugar subsitute.
As far as how long after surgery that is a question to ask your doctor or NUT.

Present Wt: 224 LBS!!!!!!!

Ya, thats right, Im UNDER MY GOAL BY 50LBS!!

Yes we can use it, I have no problem with it, I can also use the brown sugar splenda and I am ok with it as well,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet.
