ROLLY POLLY SUNDAY ROLL CALL.
Hi all,
I haven't been around I had a big test yesterday, and a hott date the night before.
I think I did good on the test. I find out in about 5-6 weeks when the results come back.
I know I did good on my date. I had a date with a lady that I have had a crush on for a couple years. She is one of my son's friend's mom. Long story short, but I told my son like two years ago ,when she came over to drop off (or pick up?) her son to spend the night, that I thought she was cute. So then when he said he was going to this kids house I said, "Oh, the one with the cute mom." I didn't remember her name, but I remembered she was cute. So about a week ago my son and his friend fixed us up. She came over and talked and we decided to go out. (Last Friday.) We (all 4 of us) went bowling (I lost to her and the 2 boys
), then the boys went into my son's room to play video games, and she and I watched a couple movies. I made dinner for us in the crock pot, and we had a good time. I kept pausing the movie because I wanted to talk to her. She lives right across the apartment complex, so I walked her home (it was after midnight) (the boys stayed the night) and gave her a hug. 
She didn't even kiss me on the first date which I think is really classy. It was a really nice date. I was totally flying when it was over.
Her son texted my son that she likes me, so I am happy. 
I think I will ask her out again in about a week.Anyway, thats why I didn't write, and I hate to tell you guys, but if I get the chance to not write again I am gonna take it.
So, church today. Then I have to do some running. I have been pooped lately. I don't know if I have "THE BUG" that is going around, or what, but I have an upset stomach and I am tired. I haven't thrown up or anything, just got the blahs!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I know the calendar saids March, but the outside air doesn't know it yet. Heres hoping to a quick end of winter and a warm spring!
Dave, it sounds like you did ok with both your test and your date. I hope she works out for you.
Nothing much happening here today. Just normal Sunday stuff and Nascar this afternoon. Not sure what Sunday dinner will be yet. I am going shopping later and will decide then.
Having some problems keeping food down, but I am not losing either. I think my body is in starvation mode. I am not sure how to get out of this, but, I am sure one of you can help. I have a DR. visit on the 20th.
BTW, I am planning on coming on next Sat. I mapquested the pizza place, plus I have a gps, so I should be good to go.

I've gotten a couple requests for my phone number on here.
I used to work for the pizza place we are going to, and I worked in Elgin for about 16 years, so I know where I am going around that area.

Well, I replied to this earlier but I have been having a problem with OH and my responses, I keep getting a "processing" message when I reply or I get a script error when I close out of OH. It happens to me at work so I do not believe it is my service provider BUT IT is OH.
Dave and I are going to be there and we will get there at about the same time that you arrive. We are taking Metra out and then are walking over to the restaurant. We will probablly walk through Lord's Park on the way. My family used to go to that park when I was a kid for picnics a few times a year, that was well before they had baseball diamonds or a pool there.
There used to be a small zoo and a museum in the park when I was a kid. We used to walk through the creek in our Keds to collect snails. . . . . . . . Man I had fun as a kid. Lord's park had swans in the main pond well before swans were common in office ponds with in the last few years. There used to be an island on the upper pond that they would do summer concerts on.

That is a long walk. I would guess 3-4 miles.

Metra comes in at 3 stations in Elgin - National St , Chicago St (closest to where we need get off at) and Big Timber. The walk is 1.87 according to Mapquest and thank you for the phone number but we should be okay as we like to walk now that we have had surgery. I will turn on my Garmin to map it and see how many calories I burn both ways. If it comes to a situation after lunch we will call for a cab at the restaurant, not big deal.

Glad you had a nice date and your test is over. If my DH is not working Saturday we will be there. Won't find out til Friday night when he comes home. I'm crossing my fingers that we will be there...can't wait to meet you Dave...you make me laugh.
Got a new puppy yesterday! She is 4.5 months old. She will keep me busy! She is a handful and so energetic. We are trying to figure out her signals to go outside. So far so good....she is very lovable.
Spring is coming.....hope you all have a great day!
