I'm still looking for a angel

I'm having surgery on March 6th it was moved up from Feb 27th. I'm looking for someone to be my angel? I just want someone to talk to who's been through this, and I can ask questions one on one etcccc.......

I have been looking on the boards everyday to see if she comes around!  I have not heard a peep.  She actually never even replied to my thread!!!  I don't live in Chicago, so I have no way of checking on her.  I don't know if something happened, or if she changed her mind!  If you do hear anything please let me know!  Sorry I couldn't help!

Hi All-

Just to let you know....BeyondBeauty decided not to have Gastric Bypass Surgery.   A friend she met in her support group had a very serious problem with her staples and leakage and was in critical condition after surgery.  I don't know what happened to her friend. I hope that she is ok.

BB decided to give it a try to lose the weight on her own and opted out of the surgery.

Thank you for the info.. we just wanted to make sure she was ok.

Where are you having your surgery at? I know it must have been disappointing because you would have had it tomorrow.  Now it is only a week away. You are getting thru this beautifully.

Hey girl! I've already been thru it. I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and no one could prepare you for the pain that you will have. im 6 days post op and still taking the pain meds around the clock. Any question you have as me!
