Advocare Products

Has anyone heard of or tried Advocare Products. I started working out last week and my personal trainer brought up a product from Advocare that helps firm your body while you work out.  I'm flabbing and its grossing me out. So I wondered if anyone has tried..Catalyst.. this is a tone pill.

Hello Stacie, I have never heard of the Advocare product. There really isn't a product that can help make the flab go away because it is over stretched skin that has lost it elasticity. The one thing that will help a little bit is weight training to fill out the area with muscle. I would be leary about any product that tells a person that it can take away some of the flab because that is just not possible. All you can really do is tone the muscle under the skin to make it look more filled out and less flabby.

From what I see on the product page for Catalyst it is a supplement to help repair and protect the muscle . . . the blue box on the product page for Catalyst states also that using it and other meal replacement supplements from Advocare will help "feed the muscle and not fat".
