Monday Roll Call

Here I am wishing I was in bed asleep.  I was in bed but not asleep so I got up.  Seventh meeting with my nut today.  Sort of an over the middle appointment in my mind.  It seems like forever and yesterday that I started down this road.  I am going to try to get back to bed soon.  I think my weight loss will either be small or maybe a small gain.  This month has been one of roller coaster emotions, not all of which have been mentioned here. No major eating spurts but also not at all a steady string of low cal days.

Good morning Randy and all IL friends,

I hope everyone had a good weekend.  We went to dinner at a friends house on Saturday.  We had a good time.  Just stayed home and relaxed yesterday.  This is my last week on the soft food stage!  I get to move on to regular food this weekend.  It feels like its been forever since I have been able to eat solid food. I am excited.  Not much going on today, just work.  Its going to be a busy day at work so it should go by fast.

Have a great day,
Michelle

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

One unexpected thing with the banks current problems is that they are not getting as many NSF charges as they like.  I suppose in that interest they are changing there accounting rules a bit and TCF has that buried in a pamphlet with other wording changes that did not affect me.  Deposits and debits will be entered at end of day as usual but in no particular order.  This means if you do not have a large enough balance to cover spending on a given day in which you made deposits to cover those expenditures you may or may not get hit with NSF charges even though you have made a deposit to cover them.

 Good Morning Randy and Illinois!

Randy, I hope you get a pleasant surprise at your appointment today.  You never know.

Janet, I hear you on the bank thing.  They sure can screw up things well -- ugh!

Yesterday I made it to the Y to get my exercises in the pool.  I hit the underwater treadmill, plus water weights and jogging and leg exercises.  After an hour, i**** the hot tub until we got kicked out because they closed.  It is amazing the energy you have after these workouts.  I was so restless last night.  My only problem is the parking lot is a big hike from the pool and my legs were wiped out by the time I got to my car and screaming for the rest of the night.  I am sure they will improve as time goes on.

Today, nothing special.  Just work.  I imagine it will be slow with President's day and a lot of places closed.  So am taking my reading materials.

Hope everyone has a great day!

HAPPY PRESIDENTS DAY!

How exactly does someone celebrate Presidents Day?

I was thinking of putting on my powdered wig and looking for someone to take money from.

Anyway, I don't have any work today, but I do have school at 11.

I have been waiting for a day off because I need to get some warranty work done on my car, so I am running it out there in about 15 minutes.

So, thats about it.

Just Honda dealer and school today.  I don't know what I am going to do with all the spare time.

I do have a book I have to read this week. (Anyone ever read "On the Beach"? I guess its a hippy book about life after a nuke war. I have to read it and turn in a report by next week.

Anyway, everyone have a good day.

Hope you lost a little at least Randy..

Good morning IL family.

Well, I'm back at work but only for a couple of hours.

My fever was definitely there, I felt like I was burning up. My temp was 102.6 yesterday. I didn't measure it this morning but feel like it went down.

Lots to catch up with at work. Things always happen when I am gone!

Take care and stay well.

Hugs,
Lucy
