Ticker Factory - what am I doing wrong? Please help

I would like to put my weight ticker on the bottom - but can't seem to figure it out.  I cut/pasted like I have on other sites and it won't come up.

Could someone explain to me what I am doing wrong, please?

I am not sure if you are aware - there is a tutorial for this. Go to Help in the upper right hand corner and look through the list for uploading a ticker. http://www.obesityhelp.com/content/sitehelp.html
