Fiesta Refried Beans..........They good

Fiesta Refried Beans
1 Can Refried Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans ( break up a bit) drained
Mix above together and add:
1/2 Cup of Salsa (I prefer chunky)
Add in:
1 Stalk of Celery finely diced
4 sliced Green Onions
1/4 Cup diced parsley (or use dried)
4 finally diced Black Olives (or not)
Top with Shredded Cheese
Micro until bubbly and serve with wasa lite crackers, pita chips or celery sticks.
I like this for a easy meal for breakfast or lunch.
250 calories per 1/2 cup with the cheese.
12 grams of protein
I did not figure in the crackers.
