Roll call and goals 7/12
OOPS - I almost forgot to do this with everything going on. How did you do on your goals last week? You all know about my accomplishment of the decade - finishing the race/walk without coming in last! Other than that, I walked 6 days last week for a total of over 24 miles. I did eat some chips when out camping those several days, but got back on track when we got home Friday. The problem now is PMS (sorry gentlemen readers). Why do the starches have to call my name during that time? I have such a fight to not eat everything in the house! So, my goals for the week are to:
1) Continue recording everything I eat on the food log as well as where and how I feel about it.
2) Set times to eat as per the psychologist
3) Lay off the starches!!!
4) Walk at least 4 times this week
5) Do strengthening exercises at least 3 times
6) Meet as many of you as possible at the Carnie event!!!!!
What are your goals?
God bless,
Andrea
HI
I'm heading to Colorado on Thursday with Dad. We are going to take turns driving a pickup and trailer, (my first time), we are taking some furniture out to my cousins, they just bought a house. So one of my goals is to keep the trailer upright and on the road.
Goals:
1. Stay in the raft (Going white water rafting down the Royal Forge (Arkansas - Colorado river)
2. Show my cousins, and aunt that I can hike.
3. Drink more water
4. Eat more than 2 times a day.
I'll probably write more next week, Take Care

Hey All,
I think I have this thing figured out (at least for now!). I made a log to keep track of my eating, exercise, and fluids, and now I really see just where I am at for the day and where I need to be. This has helped me stay on track much better. Yesterday I got not only all my protein in but all my FLUIDS and supplements as well. I guess we'll see how long this will last.
My goals for the week:
1. Fill out the log every time I put something in my mouth!
2. Fluids!
3. Exercise!
4. Organize! (My least favorite thing to do, setting outside in the pool is so much better).
5. Respone to the Boards daily (you all help keep me grounded)
Good luck this week all!

Hey Tigger - I mean Jackie,
Sounds like some good goals that you have there. I am going to have to print out the log and try it. Still doing the log for the psychologist as well. Good luck organizing. When you're done, will you come to my house? Since having my youngest who just turned 2 last week, I have not balanced a checkbook or filed a paper, unless you count throwing into the paper bag filing! Can't wait to see what happens to my house when I work on my thesis this fall!!!
Have a great week and God bless,
Andrea
Sometimes having teenagers (almost adults 18) are just as bad. The problem is they are actually capable of taking care of themselves but don't! As far as that thesis goes, that is why God made the hours of 12 am - 6am!
I am really good at late night papers, just let me know if you need anything, I will be there for ya!

Can't remember what my goals were, how sad is that??? And too lazy to go back and look! But I'm guessing it was about exercise and fluids. I increased both.
Goals for this week:
Eat toppings off a slice a pizza and not barf!
Walk on the treadmill every other day
Go to Curves 3 times
Also haven't barfed for almost 3 weeks! Maybe I'm finally getting smarter!
