still around....

I haven't posted much lately but have been around lurking. Thought I would say hi to everyone. I am just a little over 3 months post op and down 92 lbs. I am feeling great and can handle all foods except peanut butter and peaches. The surgery was the best thing I ever did for myself and I have no regrets. I love reading all the new daily messages and looking at the new pictures in the photo gallery. I would love to attend a get together to meet everyone but so far all of they have been too far away for me but maybe one day. My new pictures have been sent in to OH and should post soon. Hi Tami, It's great to see you! Congrats on the 92 pounds! I wish we were closer to you... You know..Lisa (Lisa Brown losing pounds) lives in your area, and she said she had hoped to start some get togethers down there, but there was not enough interest. Maybe you can contact her and the two of you can get something going down there! Can't wait to see your new pics...make sure you let us know when they get posted! Tami

Hi Tami... First of all, congrats ont the 92 lb loss... That is fabulous.... Keep up the great work. Secondly, we will be having the September get together in Macon. That would put it a little closer for you... Try to attend if you can. And I will surely try to make one down your way if y'all host one. I know most of the are in closer proximity to Atlanta, but being in Macon makes most of them fairly convienant for me. That, and I love to travel, so it doesn't bother me to hop in the car and make a day trip out of it. Hope to meet you at one soon. They are sooo much fun. Susan

Hey Tami! I am in Savannah!!! I am so excited to see someone near me- I feel so alone in this- Did you have your surgery in Savannah or Brunswick??? Congrats on your loss... its amazing to me!
