My 6 week follow up...
Did the 6 hour total drive from hell today... to see the Nutritionist...
I have lost 42 pounds in 6 weeks... total loss of 69 pounds
Verdict - I am doing fine, but not getting enough food... I should continue using one protein supplement a day... *thank goodness because my Unjury order just arrived)
Bad things.... I should not eat anything fried or any beef, rice, or raw vegetables....
I can add the following...
Triscuit Thin crisps
40 calorie wheat bread
Pasta
Fresh fruit, no skins or peels
Pork tenderloin
Frozen meals.. Lean Cuisine, Weigh****chers, etc...
Nuts
Light Popcorn
Cold cereal (under 10g sugar)
Tortillas, must be toasted i.e. in a skillet.. like a quesadilla...
Meals should be one cup or less
Use Brummel and Brown for a spread... and use Pam spray when cooking
Snacks - continue as before... string cheese, snack cheese squares, yogurt... and can add Fruit and cheese or some nuts...

I wanted to thank you for posting the info from your nutritionist. I'm kinda winging the food thing with some paperwork from my nutritionist and my doc but I don't go back to see her (the nut.)
Seems I'm doing the right thing, too! Only pasta doesn't sit well with THE POUCH! Use to be my favorite thing too.
Anyway, congratulations and keep up the good work!!!
