Tummy Tuck - BCBS of GA HMO

Has anyone dealt with BCBS HMO when trying to get a tummy tuck covered? Can you offer any suggestions as to what is the best way to try to prove it? What about a breast lift? I am going to wait until next June to do it, since I work in a school, but I know I need to start some documentation now. Thanks! Amanda
