B12 Subling. Question?
Hey Melissa,
I love the name this is also my sisters name. But anyway I am glad you are taking the b12 I find that it helps me alot better. Being that you keep it in your system on a more steady basis I find the energy being more normal and consistant. I hope you feel the same. Be sure to post in about a month and let us know how you like taking it this way rather than a 1 month shot. I know it helped me and I hope your just as satisfied.

Melissa:
My doctor wrote me a prescription for nasal B12 gel which I take every week, rotating which nostril I squirt it in to. At my 2month post op visit in the office, they gave me a B12 shot then told me that I could inject myself monthly or take the nasal gel. I am needle phobic, so I couldnt imagine giving myself a shot EVER. So I opted for the nasal gel, so far so good. The real test will be at my next appt when they do bloodwork and check my B12 level again. I havent tried the sublingual, but it sounds like an inexpensive alternative. When I went to pick up my nasal B12 gel, the copay was $20 and I said, how much is this stuff? Total cost was $167 per bottle, so I gladly paid just the $20 copay.
For Vitamins I am taking Optisource from Walgreens and an Iron gel capsule from GNC and Caltrate Calcium.
I took flinstones vitamins and viactiv chews before surgery, but post op I looked for something more substantial than what you would give a 40lb child and the viactiv made me sick to my stomach post op, as if it were too sweet or something, so I found the Caltrate chewables which are fine.
Good Luck to you!
