Hi Kimberly, What you describe is normal for Dr. Duncan's office. Also one thing I didn't know prior to surgery is if you have complications it is hard to talk to the same person twice. Dr. Duncan does not call patients back even if you leave messages for him. He personally told me he'd call me with some info at an appointment I had with him and he did not. He also is famous for saying something and later not being able to recall saying it. I thought I'd done my homework on this group but I found out the hard way I did not. I wish you better luck than I've had dealing with this office and doctors. Debbie

I have never had any problems with Dr. Duncans office. They have always been right on top of things and even made accomendations for me. Thats why I am so surprised with all of this. They were able to get me in for my appointments on the dates I wanted or needed. Tracy has been wonderful. She has always returned my calls within 24 hours. I do not know whats going on right now, they must be bombarded with new patients. But I have been irritated to say the least. Kimberly

I called and left a message for Lolita and she called me back within 2 hours. Seems that my letter was wrong after all. I got a new one and getting it faxed tomorrow. Thanks to all of you for letting me vent some! Take care! Kimberly
