I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK!!!!
I just got off the phone with BC and I'm APPROVED!!!
And come to find out, the girl that has been helping me at BC went home early Friday but she answered this morning and said it was approved FRIDAY!
They gave me a confirmation number so that Emory can expedite getting me a surgical date. I went all weekend with only liquids and actually tried to eat this morning and that is NOT an option at this point I guess. My symptoms of being ill were ten fold to what they were on Friday when DR put me on liquids only so I am just going to do it til I can get in for surgery.
I called Emory with the approval reference number and by the sounds of the staff I may get grief about re doing tests but after talking to them I called my doctors here and they have told me that I am too far dehydrated for them to do any repeat testing that we have all ready done. The GO has told me if either I don't hear back before after lunch or if this one coordinator gives me even an ounce of attitude that I am to politely tell her OK and then call his office and he will take care of everything for me. I guess I've gone into a place where I just don't have the strength to fight with them anymore. As soon as I hear more from them, as in either a surgical date or date to get in to get a surgical date I will post it.

The most frustrating thing for me was having to rely on other people who we don't really know to get things done. Wooooooo!!! It IS going to happen for you!!!!
