First Health network and Paragon insurance

has anyone been approved using these insurance companies?

I have First Health, and was approved by them, but my surgery was back i December. It is my understanding that they quit covering for WLS as of January 1, 2005.... hence the reason I was so pushed to get my surgery done back in December. Susan
