clearances that didnt make to her desk for a week after they had been faxed. They said that their fax server was down, but for a week??? Then I decided to drive up there to hand deliver my clearances .When I got there I asked to see Jackie to personal hand them to her so that nothing else happened to them . They asked me to have a seat and wait ...About 10 mintues later Jackie called for me, she explain to me that they had received my clearances after all and that she sent them to the doctor for apporval. No one had called to let me know that they had received them or anything after I had been calling them for a week.. ugh!!! ....I think I will call tomorrow and make sure everything is on the up and up. Thank you everyone for your replies.
Hi I have Medicare and the first time I waited about six months and then was told that I would have to pay an 1800.00 deposit and if I did not have that I would not be able to have the surgery. I then began searching for other surgeons and was told the same thing over and over again and just when I was about to give up, I got a call from Jackie, she is great, and she told me that I would have Dr Hobson and I would not have to have a deposit at all. I was ecstatic about that, I got that call on May 24th of 07 and had my surgery on July 9th so yes once they got all my ducks in a row I was well on my way. Dr Hobson is the best and I would have my surgery all over again a million times with him being the one to do my "plumbing" for me. Hope this helps you dear. God Bless you .......Renee
