Weight regain?

Weight regain with the DS is not a big issue with most. Some people might bounce back 10-20 lbs., but can get back on track by going on a low-carb diet for a week or so. The majority of people with significant regain issues are drinking real sugared drinks, and eating way too many carbs, which are well absorbed with the DS. If you stick to (mostly) high protein/fat, and complex carbohydrate foods with your DS, it will be virtually IMPOSSIBLE to regain your weight.
