exercise

How many of you exercise and how much do you? I walk at least 5 days a week for 30 mnutes and I have a tony little gazelle, have my eyes set on a treadmill..I've lost 57 pounds in two months ... I am at 281, started at 338 my goal is 150.. I am 5'8. Any suggestions?

Hello: Congratulations on your wls. I exercise but not like I should. I go to the gym at least 3 times a wk. I should do more but I would recommend weight training and maybe increase the amount of time you exercise and see how much more weight you could loose. Good Luck M

I belong to a gym however my surgeon said I should save my money and just invest in a good pair of walking shoes. He said in the beginning for weight loss walking is the best thing you can do. Later down the line you may want to weight train to tone up some.
