Optisource Chewable Vitamins
Anyone out there currently taking these vitamins, they are a Walgreens product. Evidently one of the bariatric dr's on the north side recommends them. They are chewable and taste pretty good, wish I had known about these back in the early months before you could swallow pills.
Just wondering if anyone is currently using them and has evidence they are getting good absorption?

I use them and they are awesome!
My doctor recommended Flintstones even though they had given me samples of Optisource products. I didn't feel that I was getting what I needed from them (thinning hair, dry skin, etc.). Then I switched to vitaballs - same thing. I switched over to Optisource and all is well. My hair is thick and growing and I generally feel better overall. Not to mention, they are much tastier than any other chewable I've tried to date. A little expensive, but I feel it's worth it. Hope this helps.
