Happy Dance......
Well, today I am officially 1 year out. Whjat a difference a year makes! All day long I was thinking, this time last year I was here for surg ( I now work at Atlanta Medical in Mammography) then it was this time last year I was in or, I was in recovery this time last year, I was walking after surg this time last year, ect. I know for me, as well as for just about everyone else, this has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family. Although I do look pretty icky when naked due to the hanging skin, I wouldn't give it up for anything in the world. Ya'll have been an awesome support this past year, and I am sure ya'll will continue to be in the future!

Cynde, you are a true BLESSING to me! I was looking for more people that had gone through the same operation as I have and you were there. You came along just when I was really needing HELP. I'm still having some small problems but I keep praying that things will get better. I know that it will I just have to wait.
No! I do not have a date yet. The Doctor that I went to see made me feel real uncomfrontable so I'm going to see another one on Thursday morning. The one I seen on Monday said that there was nothing wrong with me. But it is funny that my PCP really thinks it should come out so that I can eat and not feel sick. But we will see what this other Doctor says. I will e-mail you more tonight I have to finish getting ready for work.
