I am no longer 300+.... I am not 298! - 95 so far, my 3 months will be Oct 7th... I am hoping I can make the 100 lbs mark by then, I need to hit that track HARD! Wish me luck! Also I will be posting pictures of my new self -100 lbs when I do....

WAY TO GO......I'm very proud of you. I know I was over joyed when I hit the -100 pound mark, now I'm getting frustrated because I feel I'm losing to much, I never thought I'd hear myself say "I need to GAIN weight" Best of luck Melissa
