GEORGIA area docs/providers who will fill Mexican clients??

Can any of you please help me? I have a friend in Atlanta who VERY badly needs an unfill, but cannot travel back to Mexico. I am not sure exactly what an unfill is, but Dr. Ryland Scott in Rome, Georgia may be able to help you. It might be worth a try to call his office and ask. In my opinion, he is a wonderful surgeon.
