So far I don't think anyone has claimed Oct. Yet. All you have to do is say what month you want to do, plan a date, place and time. You also need (maybe a week or two before) get a head count on how many will attend. It's better if you reserve or just let the place know that you are having it at how many to expect, and if you wanna do something fun like games etc.( which it's not a must) you can do that also. Hope this helps Melissa 241/139/135

Kim, Well, maybe we will just have it at Memory Lanes....That is where my husband and I go when we go out..lol Yes it will be in Columbus, I am just trying to figure out when the best time will be. My husband is going to ANOC - he is in the military- in October 17 and won't be home until December 15. So I will have a little free time on my hands. I just am not for sure where to have it.....So any suggestions, I would love. Lea Lewis

Before I met my hubby, I knew a few soldiers that were at Benning for ANOC. They were out at Memories ALL THE TIME!!! So hopefully your hubby will be able to come home Have you thought about hosting at Cheddars? They have a really nice patio area. I havent been in Columbus much in the last year and half. I know its growing!!!! If anyone is in the mood for mexican, there is always El Carrizo's! I also know a really good Chinese place too, but that just depends on how many folks show up. Its kinda small. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help! Hugs!!! Kim

I am thinking about December, like the first weekend. Maybe doing a little dirty santa, where everyone brings a cheap gift and we pass them around. Doing like Saturday about 4. Newnan is about about 70 miles from Columbus. How does that sound?

Sounds great, just let me know closer in advance as as my birthday is the 10th (on a Sunday) so we may have "birthday plans" on that weekend. Melissa
