Hey all, been awhile since I posted a Blog, truth is... I have been cruising for a whole week non stop. I had 6 girls scheduled for a photo shoot, and ALL 6 canceled. Family problems, weather, car problems...no ride... no escort... you name it. So I have been keeping my self busy with just hanging out with my wife. I also been noticing people posting some really lame and I mean LAME bulletins on MYSPACE.... I read it, it seems ok... then at the end, they get stupid... usually... it ends like this. "REPOST THIS in 99 seconds or you will lose someone you like or love and you'll have the worst day of your life tomorrow. DO IT YOU WONT REGRET IT" Problem is, Karma... you ever think that if someone did read, and didnt respond, then they DO loose the one they love, they won't remember your virtual curse you bestowed upon them? Thats what it is, a virtual curse, lame but still a curse. That would be equal to me calling your house and leaving a message and saying, "Hey its Miles, oh btw, if you don't call me back, someone is going to break into your house and steal your underwear." - isn't that Lame? Think people, before you ever, and I mean ever post that junk... problem for me will be I will just hit "remove friends". I just don't want to be cursed every time I open or not open for fear of the hidden curse I past over sent from you! I mean I think I am reading about cute kittens, then you whammi me with that voodoo!

I guess you noticed I am a bit superstitious, thats because I am 100% Irish, and so I can't really help it. Goes with the green beer and leprechaun I hide in my closet. I won't release the little guy until I get my damn rainbow and pot of gold. (Kidding). OK... big news, I am down to 319...-74lbs! You can see I broke free of my plateau, and you are probably wondering how I did it? I started eating MORE. Yeah, I noticed if I DONT eat very much, I can hold steady for a few days or actually gain. If I keep my calories to 500-800 I seem to drop some. No actual science here folks, and I have not done a metabolic test, but that seems to be about right. I also went out to eat twice this week, Applebees, and had a chicken and mash potatoes, and of course I never finished it...not even close. Also went to El Charo's which is a Mexican restaurant here in Griffin GA. I had a Texas Fajita, which my wife and I shared.....didn't finish that either. However the good news is, I handled it like a champ, and didnt do the heave ho! Ya know an odd thought just crossed my mind, Bariatric Patients are like Pirates, I mean... we do Heave Ho! When we have belly pain we yell GARR!!

I know I am being silly... I rode my bike 2 miles today and been walking a ton all week, so I hope this will pay off in the end, by loosing that rear end! ps If you are on my friends list and sent me those bulletins, I forgive you but if you don't comment on this Blog, your head will explode in 1 hour. Love ya!

ARGH!! I hate those things too!!! Drives me nuts. (Hey did you know my honey is ALSO 100, no wait 200% Irish!! A very proud of his heritage Irishman...!!) I hate everyone cancelled on you, cuz I know you were excited. That stinks. Congrats on breaking your plateau!! You are going to have those evil suckers, but they DO pass. So have a good one, and if you don't wish ME a good one within 10 minutes, the elastic in your underwear will break!!!
