MY UPPER GI RESULTS, THE VERDICT IS IN....

That the test showed NOTHING is wrong with my intestines. I am so disappointed. I know it's sounds strange but I so wanted it to say SOMETHING was wrong, that way I would atleast have an answer to my problem, BUT NO. I feel like I'll go to my grave trying to figure out what the hell is wrong. I have a month appt. with him on Sept 25th to discuss where we go from here, looks like I'm not going to get any answers and god knows I'm not sick for no reason. On a good note the last week has been fairly good, I've had a few bad days, but more good than bad. Melissa

I can so relate to you wanting them to find something wrong! Becasue if they do, then they have a chance at fixing it! I sure hope you get some relief sooner rather than later Kia

Melissa, So sorry to hear that they did not find ANYTHING wrong with you...have they checked your gall bladder by chance?? Too bad that you cant get in to see the Dr before 9/25...looks like the Dr might want to run more tests to see exactly what is going on... Norma

Norma, Yes they have checked my gallbladder and it's FINE. He did tell me that if this test showed nothing that he would probably do a colonoscopy, but now I feel that will show nothing as well..........I feel like I'm a lost cause. Melissa

Thanks Tami, I just set and wait and see if I continue to feel better. I think he did to much at once, like 1. took me off the herbal bowel supplement, put me back on miralax. 2. upped me to 2 protonix a day, instead of the 1 I was taking. 3. took me off my multivitamin for a month. Now out of all 3 of these changes, how am I to know which one is making me feel better, lol Melissa

Oh Melissa..... I am so there with ya girl... You want to be all better, but at the same time, you know there is something wrong somewhere... if you can just figure it out, it can be fixed.... Keep your spirits up... They'll figure us both out before long Hugs, Susan

It's kinda hard to keep your spirits up when they can find nothing wrong.........urghhhhhh I feel it's a run around game and I really don't wanna have to go back to Duncan for this because when I started having problems they did gallbladder test, said everything was ok, and NEVER further persued it, that's why I went to my PCP and was referred out to Dr. Grybowski. He says that if he can't find anything, I'll have to go back to Duncan to find out How are you feeling? Hugs, Melissa
