I have a teacher friend very interested in LapBand. I know our insurance excludes WLS completely right now. But has anyone heard of a possibility that it might be covered again???
Teacher's insurance doesn't cover the regular bypass anymore...so I imagine that unless some state law is made requiring the option, your friend is way out of luck...
yeah I know they totally exclude WLS now BUT rumors have been flying that lapband will possible be covered in the future...i was just wondering if anyone else had heard of this.
